| I think that a demand for a two posts on a forum before a posibility to submit a link is very bad. It is annoyng. I have an article explaining not annoyng ways to fight with spam. |

| This policy was implemented to reduce the possibility of spammers signing up here only to post links to a site they want to advertise. Some forums have a requirement of 10 or 20 post before you can post a link. I have found that 2 is enough to prevent problems. |

Just ignore the thing
Letss say the topic has hmm.. 101 posts and you click to the 101 page but this thing appears,you have to click on 100 page to post |
